Swedish Ladder

Our Swedish Ladder is a beautiful, versatile movement and fitness system designed for both adults and children. It brings climbing, hanging, swinging, stretching and strength-building into the home in a compact, thoughtfully designed piece of equipment.

Made from Birch Plywood with solid hardwood crossbars and finished with a water-based sealant, the Swedish Ladder is built to support a wide range of movement and exercise.

The complete Swedish Ladder includes a swing, hanging bar, hanging rings, climbing ladder and climbing rope, giving you multiple ways to move, exercise and play. It can be used for climbing and active play by children, while adults can use it for stretching, mobility, bodyweight exercises and functional movement.

Whether it forms part of a child’s play space, a family movement area or an adult home gym, the Swedish Ladder encourages strength, balance, coordination, flexibility and confidence.

Working Weight
Standard: 70kg working weight
Extra Strength: 150kg working weight

Our Extra Strength Swedish Ladder is designed for a higher working weight of up to 150kg, making it suitable for larger children and adults. Please select the Extra Strength option when ordering if you require the higher working weight. If you want to add a dip bar at a later stage, the extra strength option would be required.

Installation
For national orders, the Swedish Ladder is supplied flat-packed and requires installation. All materials required for installation are included. Cape Town customers enjoy free installation.
