Delivery:

Birnbaum Designs offers weight-based shipping charges dependent on location.

Clients residing in outlying areas may be charged additional shipping charges which will be invoiced once shipping to outlying area has been calculated.

All items are made for your personally and will be dispatched 3-5 weeks from order and payment received.

You will receive a tracking number for your parcel once dispatched.  Birnbaum Designs cannot be held liable for any delays caused as a result of third party errors.  We will assist you in anyway should a delay occur in order to speed up your delivery.

Returns

Incorrect Delivery

You may return most items with no damage within 7 days of delivery for an exchange of product where Birnbaum Designs has sent you the incorrect product as ordered. Birnbaum Designs will cover the costs of the return shipping.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship your replacement product to you once manufactured.

Defective Product

All Birnbaum Products are checked for quality control before shipping. In the rare case that your product is defective, Birnbaum Designs will gladly exchange any defective product with an identical working item should it be reported to Birnbaum Designs within 7 days of purchase.

We recommend insured return shipping via the carrier of your choice.  Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship your replacement product once manufactured.

Products will not be considered defective and will not entitle you to a replacement or refund in the following circumstances:

• faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
• where you, or someone unauthorised to do so by Birnbaum Designs, has altered or damaged the product;

Don’t like your product

Unfortunately Birnbaum Designs does not accept returns for product due to dissatisfaction with the product. Birnbaum Designs does it’s best to give accurate descriptions of the product and materials used. Each item we manufacture is for you personally. Children develop at different stages and so the readiness of the child for one of our products will differ from child to child.

Returns Procedure

Please email Birnbaum Designs at info@birnbaumdesigns.co.za should you wish to return an order and we will notify you with the procedure.

Under no circumstances will Birnbaum Designs CC be liable for any damage arising from any misuse or abuse of the goods whatsoever.  We are always happy to give advice and guidance on how to use our products and to discuss which product would be suitable for your family.
