Our Swedish Ladder with Dip/Pull-Up Bar (Straight) is a beautiful, versatile home movement and fitness system designed to fit seamlessly into your space.
Made from Birch Plywood with 40mm solid hardwood crossbars and finished with a water-based sealant, it is designed for both adults and children. Use it for climbing, stretching, mobility work, hanging and bodyweight exercises, or add the included dip bar and pull-up bar for strength and functional fitness.
Swedish Ladders are also commonly used for Schroth exercises and provide a convenient anchor point for TRX straps, making this a versatile addition to a home gym, movement space or family home.

Installation
For national orders, the Swedish Ladder is supplied flat-packed and requires installation. All materials required for installation are included. Cape Town customers enjoy free installation.
