Swedish Ladder – Training

Our Training Swedish ladder is a beautiful home gym which fits into any space. Made from Birch Plywood with 32mm Hardwood cross bars and finished with a water-based eco/baby safe sealant. The cross bar on the extension is made from 40mm hardwood for extra strength during your workout. Swedish Ladders are great for Schroth exercise and to connect TRX straps.

Our extra strength option is made with 40mm hardwood cross bars.

For national orders the Swedish Ladder comes flat-packed and will require some installation. All materials required for installation are included. Cape Town customers enjoy free installation of this product.
